WARRANTY
- Battery check (it is advisable to date the battery itself upon delivery by the final customer).
- Stack control with suitable tester or on control unit (even before delivery).
- The report of the defect must be accompanied by a photo showing the production code and the state of the battery itself.
The batteries that work 5/10 days and become discharged are usually subject to an anomalous functioning of the fence (discharges to earth, wrong earth mass, interrupted filaments, etc.) or of the control unit (electronic boards or internal transformer defective).
It is advisable to store them in an area not subject to sudden changes in temperature and ambient temperature.
The battery must be kept in the packaging (not overturned) until it is displayed on the shelf (if possible, isolate the contact between the battery and metal).
Any leaks of “Gel” between the lid and the casing do not create contact or functioning problems (The Gel is part of the packaging of the internal elements to protect them).
For 12V batteries, the above applies
